The median sales price of Texas homes topped $325,000 during the first quarter of 2022, 增加了18个.6% compared to the same period last year, according to the 2022-Q1 Texas Quarterly Housing Report released today by Texas REALTORS®.

During the first quarter this year, 88,700 homes were sold in Texas, a 5.6% increase compared to the first quarter of 2021. Nearly half of the homes sold in Texas were in the $200,000-$399,000 price range.

Homes spent an average of 37 days on the market before going under contract, 10 days less than the first quarter of 2021. Housing supply in Texas decreased 0.2 months in the first quarter of 2022 to 1.1个月的库存.
